I am a PhD candidate in Deep Learning at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). My background bridges mathematics and computing: a BSc in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and an MSc in Cybersecurity and Data Science from the University of Piraeus (merit-based scholarship).

Since October 2024 I am an Accredited Lecturer at Mediterranean College (Athens), School of Computing, an accredited partner of the University of Derby (UK), teaching University of Derby undergraduate and postgraduate modules in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and supervising BSc and MSc dissertations.

My research interests span applied deep learning, medical AI and computer-aided diagnosis, deep learning for scientific applications, and AI & blockchain. I lead an applied-research collaboration between Mediterranean College and SuiHub Athens, the local hub of the Sui blockchain ecosystem, connecting student theses and hands-on training at the intersection of AI and blockchain.

This site collects my teaching materials, course notes, supervised theses, publications, and talks in one place. Use the menu above to navigate.
